MSG to televise Liberty's outdoor hoops extravaganza
MSG will televise Saturday night's Liberty-Indiana Fever game OUTDOORS at Arthur Ashe Stadium.
The network has a bunch of announcers and reporters working the event.
It should be interesting. Advice to players: Drink plenty of fluids. Advice to spectators: Bring portable electric fans.

The WNBA still exists?
Its a nice idea, but its the WNBA that is doing it not the NBA. If the NBA was playing a outdoor game, people will pay attention. Because its the WNBA, some will care but everyboday else. The Phoenix Suns I believe are playing a presason outdoor game in October. The NBA will never paly a regular season outdoor game because it can't play it during the winter like the NHL can. Plus it has to be in a warm weather site like in Cailfornia, Arizona or Flordia.
