It is difficult to understand how Connetquot who is not even first in their league is state ranked. North Babylon, for example, has lost only three times in the last two seasons and only once this year to a legitimate East Islip team and they go completely unnoticed. Connetquot might even be the second best team in their league, let alone one of the top 20 in the state.
Hey, how is NB doing now? Let's not worry about Connetquot and League II which is hands down the strongest league and worry about beating Smithtown West who is one of the youngest team on LI. And by the way losing to EI and getting crushed by EI is two totally different things. Ward Melville is the team that is being overlooked not NB. Connetquot did beat Sayville who is ranked in the top 4 in the state in small schools and Northport who beat St Ants and lost 1-0 to Mass. So hard to question Connetquots worth.
