It appeared the Smithtown Christian was going to lose a tough 1-0 match to Section VII power Chazy in the Class D boy soccer state semifinals . Then the Knights got a late second half goal from Tom Hanft and pushed Chazy to triple overtime. Stetson Fields scored his second goal of the game 39 seconds into the thrid overtime to give Chazy a 2-1 win.
