Sachem East trails at the half.

Cicero-North Syracuse defender McKaye Neumeister scored on a penalty kick with 3:10 left in the first to give her team a 1-0 lead. The first half belonged to CNS as it managed two corner kicks, two free kicks and a penalty kick.

Sachem East needs to mount an offensive quickly in the second half.
