Newsday needs to pick up their high school sports coverage, especially football. Still don't know the full playoff schedule. Newsday is supposed to be the pulse of high school football. In this day and age of the internet I find the coverage lacks. It was better before the internet. I remeber on Sundays the high school football section was an actual pull out. C'mon greg and co. kick it up a notch.

Adam,

I read your preview on Nassau Girl's Soccer. I have seen the Oceanside team play and I have to say the girl to watch on that team is #3 (Sarah Boucher) she is extremely fast and smooth. For example in Baldwin game she ran between (3) defenders and scored on a breakaway! In the game against us on Wednesday she was the best player on the field hands down, she make the Oceanside defense pretty formidable! Keep up the good work with the articles. Should be a fun season!

Who did the wording under the recent brentwood melville game? there was no score at 16:00 in.....at the half it was 0-0 and brentwoods coach was losing his mind because melville was dominating the entire half. They scored well into the second half, but up until that moment they were not the dominant brentwood that was in the last games. They earned their win, they came back fighting and we got tired, but get it right, they get enough help from the ref's during their games.....
