I have just added all NY Boys HS basketball teams to the simulation on my site. I will be adding the girls teams later today.

www.nationalsportsrankings.com

The simulation generates a final score, box score, and player stats. You can play head to head or in a tournament feature (4,8,16,32,64 teams). The current teams are listed under the year 2007, click Head to Head on the right hand side of the page, then click the sport.

I would like to add player names as well. Any information on up to date player stats is appreciated.

To access everything on the site, just register a username and password. (it is free!) or use (billy) and the password (222222).

You can also edit names of players and add your own to the different matchups. Any corrections of team or player stats can be emailed from the site or using this address.

I was looking for some feedback from around the country, so if you could take a look, I'd appreciate it. I can tweak some of the player stats and team ratings when trying to get the teams as realistic as possible. For example if a team had a strong center, and the player stats did not reflect that on the simulation, I could adust it. Thanks,

Ed

Gregg, where's the love for Miller Place basketball? They are not getting the attention they deserve. All this coverage on the Glenn/Amityville game and were forgetting the Miller Place Panthers are 5-1 with key wins over Amityville by 7 and a big win against Glenn! Watch them play, playing awesome team basketball!

How about a little coverage and acknowledgement on the Huntington boys basketball squad. They were dead and buried at 2-5 in their league. They are now 6-5 and win on Tuesday night (2/05) will clinch a playoff berth!

Huntington won again tonight. That makes 5 wins in row and a spot in the playoffs. This Friday night 2/08 they play the might Bonackers of East Hampton.I hope Newsday makes the trip out there and covers this game first hand. This should be the lead game.

Someone should look into what happen to Jon Dolecki at Glen Cove High School. One of the best baseball coaches in long island history. He was there for over 30 years coaching baseball and after retiring this past year the school board and AD went out of their way to find coaches in the school district that never played or coach baseball in their lifes. It's horrible what they did to a great man/coach. He's one of the winnest coaches in Long island and New York State History. He has close to 550 wins in his career. Also the school board just passed an act this year that anyone who had retired last year can't have anything named after them till they are retired for least 5 years. That's because the school board doesn't want to name the baseball field after Mr. Jon Dolecki. That field should definelty be named after him because Mr. Dolecki spend long hours before school and after long practicing working on his field. That's why the baseball field at Glen Cove HS is one of the nicest in Long Island. SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS STORY AND WRITE AN ARTICLE ON WHAT THEY DID TO A GREAT MAN AND COACH. IT'S A SHAME WHAT THEY DID TO HIM.

FROM,
EX-PLAYER
