Mangini keeps harping on all the good things the team did and how "we need to improve as a whole". The QB touches the ball on every offensive snap. It starts with him. Chad has proven he is not capable of completing passes down field because defenses are just waiting for that lobbed dead duck girly-toss of his. How could a head coach not see what we see every week? I've seen high school kids with stronger arms than Chad. Mangini keeps referring to Chad's accuracy rate. Throwing the ball two yards past the line of scrimage doesn't take much accuracy. Hit the receiver on the run! Throw a bullet on an out pattern! Gee, how about a 55 yard bomb once a season. If you can't do it, then step aside Chad. This team needs to move on. I for one am tired of watching the losing.
I'm getting tired of Mangini's "it's never about one player" comments when defending Chad. It's always about the QB. They get more credit when they deserve when the win and more blame then they deserve when they lose.
Chad is done. His arm is weaker than ever and his decision making and accuracy are declining as well. We have strong-armed Clemens waiting in the wings, waiitnf for his chance. He seems to have great charactre nd is a hard worker. Kellen needs to play and lead us.
Tannenbaum seems to be spouting the same lines. He doesn't seem overly concerned and maskes the sames "handful of plays" and "level of competition" comments.
