Who's NOT Playing

Just got the info on the starters and the inactives.
Kellen Clemens is the Jets No. 3 QB, which means Ramsey is the backup to Chad Pennington.
I already told you Dwight is out, which could have left room for four RBs. Not so fast. Cedric Houston, who had the best preseason performance of any Jets RB (even though it was against the Eagles fourth stringers) is on the inactive list. That leaves Blaylock, Barlow and Washington in the backfield. Too bad for Houston, who played college ball at Tennessee
Other Jets inactives include LB Anthony Schlegel, OL Trey Teague, DT C.J. Mosley, TE Zach Hilton and LB Trevor Johnson. Having Teague on the final 53 clinches the roster derby for Randy Lange, by the way.
Kerry Collins will start at QB for the Titans, Vince Young will be the No. 2 (expect to see him play) and Volek is the third QB.

Ah ha! Was I not right about the Pennington/Coles combo! They're back!
Tom, did you look over your shoulder at the KC game? 'Ole Uncle Herm killed off another QB. Hence why you never make a DB a Head Coach. His Defense will rock (as did the Jets), but the 'O'... forget it. No 'O' line, no QB.
Sorry to 'hijack' the Blog for a cut at Herm, but I thought it needed to be said. ;)

I know you are new to Jetland, but I think you could be more generous with your offensive and coaching grades. Jet fans consider that performance an A, at least compared to conservative Herm. True that they did not have a ground game, but scoring 23 (should be 30) point deserves at least a B+ and TN is known for their run defense. Coaching was aggressive for the first time in recent memory, loved it!

That was Donnie's defense, not herms. Don't you remember how herm tried to mix+match ocver 2 with cottrell's d? herm sucks.
