Pre-practice report -- Plax working? Bradshaw out?

You betcha -- TC said Burress would take limited reps, but he plans on taking some reps because the medical staff said Burress' ankle can't get any worse. Whether this means he's gonna work sporadically through the week and not on Saturday (my guess) is still undetermined.

Ahmad Bradshaw is not practicing with a deep leg bruise. Also out are Kevin Dockery (hip) and Sinorice Moss (back). Brandon Jacobs will work, likely in a limited capacity.

More to come...

no chance, let em sit. If Plax plays the entire front office and coaching staff need to be shot. NO PLAX NO JACOBS NO ONE WITH ANY DINGS. Go Giants.

do the Giants have the worst training staff in sports? I dont think I've ever seen a team that year after year suffers as many injuries as the Giants. There's nothing anyone can do about the broken bones, but Plax having a bad ankle and knee all year, Jacobs sprains something every game, Moss has had nagging injuries since he was drafted and now Smith is the same story, the rest of the team has a laundry list of sprains, strains, and messed up joints. At the beginning of the year people were cramping up during games. I know this game is violent but can you think of another team that goes through this with half of their starters EVERY YEAR? I think Jerry Reese's biggest off-season acquisition could be a better strength and conditioning staff...

Great strategy bubble blaster. That way when the Giants get to Tampa, Eli can be out of synch and timing with Plax AND Toomer. Jacobs can hit the line sluggishly and have his timing disrupted. Pierce can be off his game, and the Giants (those Giants who play oh-so-wonderful after a "bye" week) can head for the showers after the first round. But thankful, of course, that they didn't have to play the scary Patriots.

Bradshaw-Deep leg bruise? What a black and blue?

Hopefully it's not that serious, would of though he would of got more reps with playoffs right around corner

Anyways, the offense shold definitly play, Plax can take a rest, we all know what he is capable of. The offense is currently out of sync, and when we go into the playoffs, we will probably see another first round exit. The Giants offense playing at there best, can beat the Pats (talking more about the week 1 offense vs dallas) but currently they are playing no-where near there best

Im sure our defense can atleast manage the Pats offense, but I dont know about the offense keeping up with the pats scoring

It's really simple for defense, double/triple Moss. You know Brady is going to look at Moss the whole game (2 TD's to break TD record for Brady, 2 TD's break record for Moss, hmmm who are they going to look for?) Our defense can handle there running game, then its just a matter of sending in the pass rush, and sending a couple blitz's.

The offense on the other has its work cut out for them. Manning defintily needs to play in this kind of game, Bucs have a good defense, just like the Pats do. Build up some confedence in the short-medium passes, run the ball, and lets destroy the Pats chance at a perfect season. Imagine that kind of momentum going into the playoffs, beating an undefeated top team in the league, a superbowl pick. Going into the playoffs with that in mind, nothing can stop them.

Should be intresting to see what they do

yeah doc, cuz plax has practiced all season and just had a horrific season and is nowhere near Eli's primary target. And good thing Jacobs didnt get hurt twice and had to sit for a while then came back and bust out career best games consecutively AFTER SITTING. Its a good thing we've been healthy all year long and havent had to deal someone missing some game time and having to come back the next week. And thank god Plax comes to the off-season workout programs to work on his timing and "synch" with eli. Man Doc what was i thinking.

The officiating stunk last night and as ususal favored the Patriots !! Maybe Sheriff Goodell should look into it !!

The Patriots proved there not an elite team and very onee dimentional.

Angry at Parcells, Sir Lawrence and company Carson, Banks, Pepper Johnson, Collins could wipe the floor of Tom Brady
