NFL Fab Five
Five things you need to know about the NFL right here, right now:
1. The knee injury suffered by Vikings quarterback Tarvaris Jackson was a sprained MCL, which is actually good news. It means he can wear a brace and be ready for the regular season opener.
2. The shoulder injury suffered by Bengals receiver Chad Johnson was a sprain, which is also good news. He should be ready for the regular season opener, too.
3. Good news for Black N Gold and BBiB! Steelers safety Troy Polamalu is just about ready to return to practice.
4. Tom Brady's foot is bothering him, which is why he didn't travel to Tampa for last night's preseason game against the Bucs.
5. Wonder if Chicago Norm agrees that Kyle Orton should be the guy in Chicago over Rex Grossman.

I think the Bears should ask Tampa to give them back Brian Griese.
Miami loves the 2 Chads!! I have always wondered why Mangini didn't like Pennington, if I was a head coach I would love to have a guy like that on my team. Overall with the exception of Favre, the Jets arent that much better than the Dolphins, luckily for Mangini who is guaranteed to return next season no matter what.
