Jeff W tells us we have until 10:30 p.m. to write the Brett Favre news story, but we can't complete it until we hear from Packers coach Mike McCarthy, who was scheduled to address the media at 915 p.m. eastern.
I realize McCarthy has some important things going on - like talking to Favre and fellow quarterback Aaron Rodgers. But we've got a newspaper to put out!
(UPDATE: McCarthy has canceled his news conference because he's still talking to Favre. The two have been discussing matters for more than three hours ... wonder if McCarthy asked Favre how the bush-hogging went over the weekend.)
