The 49ers' newly signed receiver has decided not to wear No. 80 out of respect to Niners legend Jerry Rice. Bruce had worn the same number during his long and productive career with the Rams.

Jerry Rice is by far the most dominant player at his position in football. You can debate who the best QB, RB, TE, LB is, but there's only one choice for WR. And its not Isaac Bruce. What the heck are the 49ers thinking?
