I don't think Wade Phillips is an insomniac ...
... not when he says things like he did the day after his 13-3 Cowboys were beaten by the Giants in the NFC divisional playoffs. 
"After looking at the tape, I certainly feel like the best team lost the game," Phillips said. "I feel like we outplayed them, but we lost."
Wow.
Phillips also talked about all the progress the Cowboys made this season, how they earned the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, how things are looking up for the future.
Pttoooeey!
Bottom line: Phillips is still a coach looking for his first career playoff victory (0-4).
But at least he gets to sleep at night. In fact, I bet he's snoozing away right now, while I'm about to see if there's a Conan O'Brien re-run that'll put me back to sleep.
