Ricky Nolasco improved to 9-4 with a 3.94 ERA after beating the Nationals. He went seven innings and allowed three hits, two runs, no walks and struck out eight. Over his last five starts, he has pitched 36 2/3 innings 26 hits, eight earned runs, walked four and struck out 35. He seems to have improved his control and should be owned in most leagues.
Kevin Gregg picked up his 15th save.
Nick Blackburn is very hittable, but he has success because he issues very few walks. He threw seven scoreless innings against the Tigers and allowed three hits, one walk and struck out four. He is 7-4 with a 3.78 ERA. He should be owned in very deep mixed leagues.
Xavier Nady went 3-for-5 with two homers and three RBIs. He is batting .323 with 12 homers and 52 RBIs.
Jay Bruce is back. After a slump,he went 2-for-3 with two homers and four RBIs.
Adam Dunn hit his 21st homer, but has just 49 RBIs and a .223 average. If you own him, you knew what you were getting.
Jon Saunders beat the A's to improve to 12-4 with a 3.04 ERA. He went 6 1/3 innings and allowed six hits, four runs -- two earned -- two walks and struck out five.
K-Rod picked up his 34th save.
Jimmy Rollins has been slumping, but went 3-for-4, with a triple, two runs, an RBI, a walk and his 18th stolen base. He will be fine.
Ryan Howard and Pat Burrell each hit their 21st homer. Howard has 71 RBIs and Burrell 52.
Chipper Jones hit his 17th homer.
David DeJesus returned to the lineup and went 3-for-4 with his ninth homer and 42nd RBI. He is hitting .323 and tends to be streaky. He is in the middle of a hot streak, so he should be owned in all leagues.
Aubrey Huff hit his 15th homer and has 49 RBIs.
The AL version of Oliver Perez, Daniel Cabrera threw a complete game allowing seven hits, two runs, no walks and struck out two. He is 6-4 with a 4.34 ERA.
Carlos Lee hit his 19th homer and has 65 RBIs. Does anyone realize it besides his owners?
Hiroki Kuroda returned from the DL and beat the Astros. He went seven scorless inningsand allowed five hits, one walk and struck out one. He is 4-6 with a 3.73 ERA.
Milton Bradley hit his 17th homer. I'd still sell high.
Chris Davis hit his third homer in 19 major league at-bats. He has legit power, so if you need some grab him.
Jason Giambi went 2-for-4 with his 18th homer and six RBIs.
A-Rod hit his 17th homer.
Michael Young left the game with a groin strain.
After a slow start, Troy Glaus is heating up. He went 2-for-4 with two homers and four RBIs. He is hitting .272 with 13 homers and 54 RBIs. He should be owned in all leagues.
Rick Ankiel hit his 17th homer.
Dustin Pedroia went 4-for-5 with his ninth homer and has 39 RBIs with a .311 average.

Grady Sizemore has already reached 20-20. He went 3-for-4 with four runs and two homers. He is hitting .267 with 21 homers, 47 RBIs and 20 stolen bases.

Who is going to close for TB?
they say committee right now, but Wheeler is the guy to own. He will get the majority of the saves. He didn't get the chance on Tuesday because he had pitched three straight days, but he was back in the closer role last night.
