Nice halter top, Michael Phelps

The latest Sports Illustrated arrived at our offices today. This isn't exactly the most manly Michael Phelps has ever looked. Nice midriff, though. He looks more like he's ready to enroll in belly-dancing classes than to swim a 200-meter freestyle.
