LaShawnda Jones, 32, has been a registered Democrat since reaching legal voting age; however she doesn’t care for labels and doesn’t necessarily toe the party line. In fact she’s considering registering as an Independent, but that’s just another label, too, isn’t it? Her ideal ballot would be an a la carte menu for candidate selection. Check McCain for heroic Service and dedication. Check Hillary for bulldog tenacity and multiple personalities (the better to relate to different demographics, deary). Check Obama for social and political reform.

LaShawnda,
I certainly do NOT toss just any ole thing into the air simply to rile people up. I am not only a passionate Clinton supporter, I am keenly aware of the slant that the media has for Obama and the sentiments of most of our assembled team. However, that does NOT deter me from having an opinion or speaking in favor of Hillary Clinton, even if that means that I am in the minority or the lone voice. Clearly, as she is still in the race, backed by millions of supporters, and continues to press on, she is not as 'down and out' as some would like to believe. Rather, quite the opposite, she works harder in light of her defeats and her supporters are seeing that, just as the people of Indiana and Pennsylvania have seen.
If you would like to engage me in debate--which I am more than happy to oblige--please send a set of topics, your candidate's actual stances (as thought of by himself and not others' opinion papers), and cold, hard facts. I will not only debate them, but can show you in every instance where Hillary's stances are not only more substantive, but more concrete. She is the very model of a president.
Hi LaShawnda,
I am new to this site but I came across your blog and I really like how open you are with your opinion. I don't agree with all your blogs, but after following your blogs for a few weeks, I can understand some of your issues with Hillary.
Now that Hillary is not in the race, it will be interesting to see more of Obama and his choice for VP and if he can work under the pressure that will be growing as November draws near.
Keep the blogs coming, I look forward to reading them!
