9 am CST: House Energy and Commerce Committee Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee hearing on "The Silicosis Story: Mass Tort Screening and the Public Health.'' 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.


9 am CST: CHRISTIAN DEFENSE COALITION AND THE NATIONAL CLERGY COUNCIL hold rally and vigil to lay red roses in front of the Supreme Court to honor the legacy of Terri Schiavo, followed by a news conference. One First Street NE., D.C.
