I don't know how you blokes are going to decide between Obama and McCain. Is the election going to happen any time soon as they won't get any attention down under as we are coming into the footy finals time. Go Cats (Geelong)
Your caricature of Senator John McCain was a real thigh-slapper! I was a member of the U.S.Navy medical team in Pensacola, Florida that annually examined repatriated POW's, including Captain John McCain, United States Navy (retired). Without revealing medical secrets that are already public knowledge I can tell you that being regularly beaten in the face and teeth with fists, clubs, rifle butts, etc. will definitely ruin your smile, and can certainly damage facial muscles enough to leave a permanent scowl. If you thinks that's funny you'd positively split your sides seeing those limbless, blind and paralyzed combat veterans in our military/ VA hospitals. Have a good laugh Walt;thousands of U.S. combat veterans don't think it's so funny.

Its a caricature people geez, lighten up! Oh and Captain, sir, how does someone go from a cartoon caricature to thinking that it is an insult to all the injured veterans. Its a caricature of one man for godsakes!! That's like calling a fart a nuclear explosion.
The news media and its leftist, democratic agenda has sunken to a new low with this caricature of the future President John McCain. Do not forget, sir, that without the sacrifice that this man, as well as many of his comrades, endured you would not have the freedom to express this disgusting and unethical parody of his injuries. Do not forget that Mr. McCain has more backbone and honor than this minority figurehead, who will bury this nation if elected.
When Mr. McCain was held at the Hanoi Hilton and his father was promoted to Admiral, the Vietnamese offered to set him free as a good faith gesture. John McCain refused to be set free unless they freed all of his fellow servicemen in captivity. The "scowl" to which you refer is a result of injuries he sustained at the hands of our enemies. He defended against all enemies, foreign and domestic, as he was sworn to do. The least we can do is respect his honor and sacrifice.
