What is the MTA?

The MTA is the Metro Transit Authority. They own and operate all NYC trains and subways, as well as the Long Island Railroad and Metro North in parts of Connecticut.
Dito, but what do you call it if someone higher authority comes after MTA anoucement and uses the same words for all the transportatain in USA. Which he plan from beginning of his office to starve the Federal Hwy act from funds so he can privatize Hwy for his buddy Sec. of Transportation who used to work for Goldman Saches. Oh, by the way, Goldman Saches pushing states to privatized the state road and put toll boths on them. I call it "Bushtized".
