How can you suggest school administrators (or teachers by extension, of which I am one) are somehow receiving compensation that is overly generous in this day and age of corporate shenanigans? Will you not be happy until all members of the working class enjoy sub-standard wages? Come to Traverse City and see a financially tight ship, quality results, and a highly dedicated and professional staff, thank you very much.

You must have some local issues with school administrators for this cartoon. My wife is an educator and while, as with all professions, there are people who are not worth the money, by in large teachers are still waaayyy underpaid for their education and expertise. Further, they are no longer respected in the community as they have been in years past. This is especially true where my wife works (Fort Worth ISD), due to the extreme poverty of most of the families in the community.

The a School Boards aren't being held accountable for the actions of the Superintendent for Promoting thier friends/golf buddies/college roomies! The Superintendent says who gets what and he needs somebodies approval. That is who to blame!!!! NO means NO with everything else how come when it come to education adminastrators they feel that they need to make more than a president of some Colleges and Universities. Case in point Cumberland Virginia Superintendent makes more that the President at Longwood University. The County does not have but ten thousand people and not even a stop light. Yet the top eight Adminastrators at the school make over a million dollar combined!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No Means No
