The "If you see something, say something" MTA campaign will hit the airwaves soon. Officials will parade out a new phase of the campaign tomorrow, but today they'll only say that the ads will be televised for the first time. They're bringing out the dogs, too. K-9s will be on had at Grand Central tomorrow for the announcement.
