Is there any significance that no subway or mass transit system in New York or worldwide was on 9/11 plotter Khalid Sheik Mohammed’s 31-item hit list?
Is that reassuring news?

UPDATE: A security expert emailed to say that NY can't relax.
"What he didn't say or what they didn't publish was what he wanted to attack.. Remember the Hezbollah plot to blow up the PATH tube under the Hudson river, the FBI foiled the plot, thanks to the Syrian government cooperation, two weeks before Hezbollah attacked Israel. ... The plot was a dud, the hype fizzled but, the fear is still with us."
