Mayor Bloomberg is beating the chill tomorrow for a mass transit themed tour of Miami. His tour includes a bus ride and Metrorail ride. Iris Weinshall, the outgoing head of the Dept. of Transportation, will join him. They’ll also tour some green buildings – all part of the mayor’s Plan NYC 2030.
