2nd Ave Subway -- It’s going to happen

During the MTA board meeting today, the subject of the Second Avenue subway and the recent purchase of piece of property on 93rd Street came up. Board members applauded that the project – after decades and decades and decades of delay – it is moving forward.

“All of the sudden it turned from doubtful to inevitable and nobody quite know when it happened,” said MTA chairman Peter Kalikow.
