Yes, that's Norman Seabrook's arm around Roger Toussaint in this signed postcard. Seabrook was just named to the MTA board by outgoing Gov. George Pataki. What role he'll play on the board is the subject of much speculation.
Will he help restore healthy labor relations, will he be an empty suit, will he allow Pataki's influence to extend "beyond the grave?"
