NYCT "neutral" on Subway Challenge Duo

"We're neutral. I like the subway just as much as the next person and appreciate its importance to the city. But as a city kid, who grew up riding the subway to and fro at all hours of the night, I can honestly say I could find other things to do for a day then spend it entirely on the subway. God speed to them."
