New York's a success story

The Center for Transportation Excellence releaed a report today that calls New York one of the "great success stories" for transportatio-related ballot measures.

"In 2005, voters in New York approved a $2.9 billion bond to fund transportation needs through 2010. With an aging transportation system, New York voters realize how vital funding is to keep the system moving."
