The Blizzard of '06, which is dumping much more snow than had been forecast, is snarling service on several lines, with suspensions or difficulties on portions of the No. 5 in the Bronx, the E and F in Queens and the L in Brooklyn. And factor in more time to get to your destination on lines that are elevated for even a part of their runs. Buses are running with delays of at least 15 minutes.
