Maybe so, said goverment scientists earlier this week, noting that overactive thyroid gland function was a rarity among felines until the early 1980s -- around the same time that brominated fire retardants started being used in a wide variety of consumer goods, from furniture to mattresses to electronics.
While rare in dogs (which commonly have hypothyroidism, or an underactive thyroid gland), hyperthyroidism also occurs in humans.

I Think Suffolk Unleashed is great. It,s about time we caught up with some other areas that have lots of dog parks. I am constantly looking for playdates for my new Boxer (Jersey) Who was found on the side of the highway in New Jersey in a crate. It is so important for our dogs to get exersize to grow and be healthy. Dog parks are a great way to do that. Also agreat way for dog owners to meet and share information. This wiil promote all areas of commercial businesses related to dogs, who should be sponsoring Suffolk Unleashed.
