I'm glad Ticket has been sighted and was also relieved to hear that this is in GA, hopefully the weather will stay fairly nice for Ticket. Prayers to the family , hoping for a safe return... soon!

Please keep good thoughts and send prayers for Ticket. We all fell in love with this little whippet boy and are very worried about him.

A flyer needs to be faxed to the schools in that area also if it hasn't been done yet. If the businesses were faxed over a month a go I would re-fax to them again to let them know he is still lost. I see train tracks on the map has the local RR's been faxed? The golf course he was seen in..re fax them if it's been awhile.

If you have the fax numbers to these places post them to the blog and maybe some of us can start faxing them.

Warm thoughts to for Ticket. I will do my best to make morning Mass tomorrow (Saturday). I will light a candle there for our babies,all of them and Vivi, and enter intentions in our Book of Life! Could we hold a short prayer vigil at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon. Hold Vivi, Ticket,Axel, and their searchers in prayer between 3 O'clock and 4 O'clock, for those who can do it?

Please include Axel everyone--he's the giant schnauzer who is lost. Saffy is a good addition,too. You don't need to be home to send up a quick prayer. A short silent prayer to our Father can be done anywhere, and in just a moment between 3:00 and 4:00. No one need know you are praying--- God will though!

Posted by Michael: Update on Betty , she went back for another follow up today. The pressure in her eye has come down from 45 to 22 [9 to 22 being normal]. Praise and thanksgiving to You lord God. Sharon, Michael and Betty - Once again you have the most perfect prayers and words to say to us all.

Trust and faith. So important when we ask our Heavenly Father to help us. I always try to remember to thank Him right after asking for help in my prayers. This is my personal way of telling Daddy God that I have trust and faith He has heard me and will answer my prayers.

It may not always be what we would have wanted as humans (such as with sweet Tarik), but it will definitely be His plan for this life and event. Someday we will know why another outcome occurred, when we die and go to Heaven and are "wiser than we have ever been before." In the meantime, we just have to believe in our Heavenly Father's plan.

Everyone, please remember to pray between 3:00-4:00 today for our precious Vivi and all the others as well.

I have this very peaceful feeling that Vivi's journey may soon have a happy ending. Thank you God for allowing us new signs of hope in our darkest moments for this sweet little girl. Thank you also for all these kind people who have helped Vivi and so many others, and for allowing them into my personal life as well. Love you all very much. You are my "animal family" after losing my sweet and dear grandparents.

Oh my goodness, I forgot one important thank you. Thank you God for the wonderful healing we are seeing in our precious Betty, and for Michael who has been so wonderful helping her and us.

Ruby - Same thing happened to me on the candle site. Wow, Vivi had close to 400 candles last night! Uh! Hope they get them back.

I just sent you an e-mail. I e-mailed Laura with the pitbull and other rescues, and copied you. Be sure and read the e-mail. I'm wondering if she might know people who could push to help Denise and Duke. Also, Otis info in there as well.

Marty, I just have this feeling. I so hope it is right. I have been told this is the smallest area they have ever narrowed the search down to for Vivi, so that sounds very promising folks. Yea!

I understand you had already hit the area with letters and e-mails, Karen did e-mails again, and many were hit again by phone by me yesterday too (Ruby, Ruby, almost ran my cell phone battery down -hee, hee!)

I could also tell many had been approached by one of the searchers with flyers as well. So, they are probably getting sick of us, but they WILL remember Vivi. I look for some very good sightings soon after all this legwork. As usual Team Vivi is doing the job well.

Now if Marnie will just return the "cleaned up" and "dignified" Bobo to Debbie! I wonder if he will look like one of Marnie's little penguins in his "penguin tux suit?" He will be all dressed and ready for the big Vivi Welcome Home party!

Our most precious Daddy God, we put all our faith, hope and trust in You oh Lord. We announce to the world that You are the Most High God, creator and preserver of all the universe. Without You we can do nothing, we are as lost sheep without a shepard. Even more lost than those we seek to rescue. We ask You Lord to direct our paths, first to You, that You may remove the logs from our eyes. So that we might see which paths we must follow to reach our desired outcome, in this and all situations. We acknowlege the fact that You are always a good God and that You delight in fulfilling the desires of our hearts. You know before we ask, that we desire for You bring the lost ones home, give loving homes to the homeless and healing to all those who need Your touch. Everyone please be especially careful with e-mails and any links sent right now. It has been all over our warnings in the news and through IT people I know at work that terriorist attacks are being planned through the internet.

Mainly, these seem to be planned against financial institutions such as Wall Street, banks, loan offices, banking accounts, etc. to try and make money unavailable and bring down the economy in the US. They expect these during December. Perfect attack time with the Christmas shopping too.

It would be wise to use scans on your computer maybe even a couple of times a day or after something suspicious. Be sure and have a virus program that updates to check things all the time from an online database.

The first cat I got was when I was in my early teens, I remembered it too well...she was a black and white; her name was Misty. She ran away from my idiot ex-stepdad's car window. I cried so much, so much anger at my dad for letting the window opened on purpose!But that was long time ago.Then my next cat (my favorite) was killed by the Husky dog. I only had her for a year, her name was Angel.
Then next 2 cats (one killed and one I had to given up for adoption). Female cats aren't my lucky ones.

Ruby,it is so hard to believe that little Duke is still in "jail" after all this time. The justice system certainly failed him and his family big time and the courts were so very wrong and "UNJUST." Denise's love for her doggie boy is overwhelming and absolute and I pray she gets Duke home soon.

Ruby, the wheels of justice for Duke have not been spinning at all while the costs keep soaring. I am ashamed of the justice system in his case and it has failed Denise and Duke miserably.

My 2 year old cat named Angel got badly injured Wednesday night. At first we thought that maybe she had gotten stuck on a fence or something. But then my neighbors told me that some young boys were chasing her down the block with a baseball bat. The police were looking for them as they have done this to other animals in my neighborhood before.

My sister brought her to the local veterinarian's on Staten Island, and after they did an x-ray, they said that Angel's leg is broken in 3 places. Just going there cost $363 on the credit card. They told us that Angel will need surgery. This type of procedure, which involves placing a plate inside her leg with pins to hold the bones together is only given in 4 places: 2 hospitals in Manhattan, and 2 in New Jersey. Upon calling, we found out that only the Manhattan locations were open in the middle of the night. My sister rushed by public transportation from Staten Island to Manhattan to bring Angel in and get a second opinion. The doctor confirmed the bad news and now Angel is spending the night tonight because the vet said it was necessary and will be getting surgery in the morning. The thing is that this surgery costs $3,800 That is just unbelievable, and so very scary. I asked if there was another way to treat the cat and they said no, her leg can get infected or get gangreen. I asked if they can use cheaper, generic medications and the doctor told me that there is no certainty and probably not, but even so that would only save like $20 and the rest we will still have to pay: $3800 yes Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars. This must be paid after services have been rendered. We can't afford this! I am a college student, my mother has Bi-Polar Disorder and she is on a fixed income of only $500 per month and is unable to work due to her severe mental disorder. My sister, who has always been Angel's registered owner is working part time, just one day per week. She had to quit her last full time job as a medication aide after being beaten and sexually harassed by a man at work. She is only 23 years old, I am 21. We don't know what to do or how to pay this bill. I know there are agencies, charitable organizations, and other businesses that fund grant money for injured animals who need emergency treatment and according to what I have been told they pay it directly to the animal hospital: That would be very helpful in removing this incredible burden. If anyone could please provide information, websites, phone numbers, or names of organizations, ANY INFORMATION AT ALL THAT MAY HELP OUT ANGEL AND MY FAMILY WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. UPDATE: We FORTUNATELY Raised $2,000 in grant money from NY SAVE. One Craigslister pledged another $100 We need to raise the remainding $1,700 for surgery and the $363 for the first animal hospital, leaving us with a balance of $2,063.

VIVI IN THE CATALOG: You can only be entered in the Eukanuba show if you are invited and only the top dogs in their respective breeds are invited to participate. it's quite an honor and it was always a possibility that Vivi might have been found in time to be there. Lots of dogs who are entered in the catalog are no shows for whatever reason and therefore marked absent. My personal opinion is that since the show was in CA Jill and Paul might have shown her as long as they could drive her there. How sad that was not to be. Viva la Vivi
