OK THIS IS RIDICULOUS NOW!!!! You are questioning the integrity of one of kindest, most caring people I've ever met and it makes me sick! Darlene has given up a normal life for the past 8 months to look for Vivi and has been nothing but honest with everyone!!! Waiting for the right time to say something, or the right way to say something is not being dishonest!!!!! You didn't see her agonize over all of this - I did!!! Her only thougts were being up front, kind and fair to the searchers and the people on the blog!!! So before you throw out unfounded accusations, get your facts straight!!! Attack me if you will, but don't dare make unjust accusations against Darlene or any of the other searchers for that matter!!!

I'm not making accusations. You all know what you will share and will not share. That's your choice. I'm simply saying any search with a tracker would be more valuable if all the information were on the table for them to consider. Personally, I do not believe that's being done. As far as being fair to people on the blog, if telling half-truths and keeping little secrets is being fair, then you are right, Lois. They've been fair. I have a different definition of what is fair to everyone else who has stuck by this search, donating money, making posters, trying to get trackers out there. In case you haven't noticed, we are at a little bit of a disadvantage. We don't have multiple sources of information. We count on you, our fellow searchers, to be upfront with us about what's going on. I've got some pretty good evidence that information has been withheld. Maybe you all think you know what we should and shouldn't know, maybe you think you have the right to do that. Fair enough -- but then at least people should be honest about it.

Ever since this search started, I realized that the outcome could go either way. She could either be alive or dead. Yes, a search with a tracker would be most valuable with all the information available. So where is the information about Harry's investigation? Where is the information on how he came to his conclusion? Where are the details that would be of immense help to the trackers? That information is being withheld from everyone - people on the blog as well as the searchers! We have been asking for this information for weeks but have been ignored! Why the secrecy?

I believe that Harry's investigation was shut down because the local volunteers didn't like where he was going with it. Why don't you ask the local volunteers why they didn't want Harry to pursue his investigation? They have the answers, not Harry, Lois.

What exactly have the searchers held back? The fact that Vivi may be dead? You mean to tell me know one thought about that? There's no proof, why post something if there is no proof? The same goes for Vivi being taken, again, there's no proof. It was said before that not everything would be posted on the blog to avoid crank calls. Let's move on and help instead of hindering these animals.

Now on to the important stuff. There's an afghan hound lost in PA, he's out there and has been seen. Please, if anyone is in the area that Tarik is in can you help? We are not in the area but doing the best we can. Lisa only has two to three other people out there looking for him and posting flyers.

Let's get back to helping these animals otherwise Denise might as well just shut the whole blog down, I'm sure it wasn't put up here for mud slinging.

People, Beth is a lawyer, she knows how to talk in circles to get information out of people, I'm used to it. Just ignore her if it bugs you. If she had information she would post it, if she doesn't than we know she has none and is searching for it. This isn't helping the trackers for this weekend at all. Happy Halloween. I think everyone here is just frustrated.

Someone a time back became annoyed with me (which I understand) for not sharing all my "visions" as I hold back waiting to see what continues over a period of time - like a few days or a week or so. I felt really badly thinking I was not doing right by the searchers or by Vivi, but in my heart I knew I just couldn't "tell" it all.

The foot soldiers are doing their best and cannot be blamed for not sharing information that is rumor or based upon guesswork or even visions etc. They simply have to base their searches on "reality" of what they actually see and it is not easy.

As far as the "death energy" goes - Vivi likes cemeteries and there's lots of DE there. So any AC meditating on her when she is in a cemetery is going to pick this up and get confused. It's to be expected. Also, she could be sleeping under a house where someone is ill - and won't make it past another winter - and an AC can pick this up and wrongly thinks it's Vivi.

So, it makes no sense to share hurtful information that is not supported by facts and reality.

AC's can always be wrong including me. I think if the information obtained is going to "hurt" the search for Vivi then it shouldn't be shared. Some things are just not helpful.

I do believe Vivi is safe and warm and happy.

Yes, I am an attorney and I am trained to ask questions and put answers together. The answers you all have provided simply don't add up. That's all I have. Harry shows up, unannounced. Something happens while he was there to convince him that Vivi was recovered. He leaves. At about that time, a bunch of people are trying to convince many of us long distance volunteers that Vivi is dead, although they've apparenty felt this way for some time. Why push this at the time of Harry's visit? Isn't that strange? Well, it is to me. Harry recommends that a police report be filed. It is never filed. He wants to continue an investigation. It is opposed. Why? We all have nothing to hide, right? Why oppose him continuing with whatever he wanted to do? I don't know what that is, by the way. He had a trained tracking dog who did not pick up a death scent. Suggests Vivi is alive, not dead -- contrary to what the AC's said. So why was everyone trying to convince us that Vivi was dead? The AC I've dealt with believes Vivi was alive.

If I had more answers, I'd share them with you. I am not the one who has the answers. But I can sure put questions together and figure out what, in my opinion, is going on. No one has to agree with me. No one has to even ask the questions, if they don't want to. Back in the beginning it was agreed that not all of the information about the search should be posted. And it was not. This is an open form and any one can read the information and could have used it how ever they wished. So for Vivi's protection the information was delayed or not posted. Now you are all upset that information was not posted. Well I for one am glad that the searchers had enough in them to hold on to the information received from several ACs and try to find out if indeed it was fact. They did not want to post information with nothing to back it up. I give them all the credit in the the world for trying to find proof and not just walk away.

It seems we are wasting valuable time arguing with the searchers on the blog that they could be using for putting together ideas for the new trackers coming in this weekend. Let's let them relax and concentrate - this argument is futile.

When people are upset (as obviously these ladies have been upset), it is hard to think accurately and completely. Let's be Team Vivi and help them to get this job done well for Vivi - as they always do.

If we wish more information, let's do as they suggested and just e-mail them and ask for it. I do not wish the gory details on the blog either. We do not know if these are even true at this point.

I don't post much but I had to come on after all this crap on here. As you all might know, I joined the "foot soldiers" in June - much later than most of you and I've joined the weenie gang (hi Darlene, Debbie and Lois - Old Lady continues to kick butt and recover!!) Beth, I'm not a lawyer but it seems you might know more than us no?? Don't attack like that when you've obviously been misinformed. This group has nothing but the best intentions and were really not treated well from the beginning. If you must know, the last time Rick was in is the first time he met me - at the park searching. I said to him that I would want to keep her. Do you really think I would have been stupid enough to say it to his face if I meant it? I (we) were very frustrated since we (near and far) have funded every attempt made to find Vivi - no??? So your informant may have a warped version of that. Secondly, we tried out best to get Harry here that night - once again to no avail! Then finally, Harry comes and we're not told - very productive. In conclusion - whoever you are talking to - close friend or not - please do some research into where they got their information. I expected you to be smarter than to come on here and attack the girls who have been in this from the beginning. Very sad if you ask me - but whatever!! (I can be childish too! haha) May heaven forbid that I ever suffer the tragedy of losing one of my dogs - I want these girls searching. Love ya girls!!

Beth, than maybe you need to go Rick, who was given all the information, and ask your questions that seems to be what everyone else does. I don't see as anyone was trying to convince anyone that Vivi was dead, infact it was never mentioned on this blog. Why?? Because there's no proof and there's no need to upset people. An ac said she has passed, an ac said she is alive...so what's the problem here? I'm not seeing the point of all this. You need to go to the source such as Harry or the owners not the searchers, they don't have all the answer to whatever your looking for. They're not told everything which was obvious when Harry was here.

i understand there are questions and i am not going to explode anymore. we have questions!!! and none have been answered either. we don't have any part in the Harry search. never did - never will. the truth be told - we were calling Rosa and she was told NOT to pick up her phone. by who? the weenie crew didn't make the arrangements so we certainly didn't stipulate that as a part of the Harry search - to ignore our own phone calls. i was getting calls asking if rosa was OK. and i was calling her as well. no answer. as for the ac's - we heard from 5 or 6 of them - the same scenerio. 3 of them months ago. debbie and i were personally called and informed of what may be. as for the report and the outcome of Harry's search - did you ever see me once ask for it? why? do the math - if this was hush, hush from the beginning why would all of the details be spilled at the end? we knew that was the plan so why even ask. i am not getting defensive, i am ony defending the truth - the truth the weenie crew knows. we have never been given control here so i don't know why we would be viewed as the people who hold all of the details. that has been my point all along. ask and we will answer you. we have nothing to hide here. we haven't played people against each other - ever. we haven't been sneaking behind the scenes to pull one over. and - never ever have i ever tried to persuade anyone to believe anything about vivi. i relayed what i was told - period. i am only the messenger and for this i am crucified? that's not the way to do things. and as for someone having vivi - could be - anything could be. but how does one pinpoint a specific area and state without a doubt, there it is. she was taken from here. c'mon - no one is that good at anything. my opinion only. but seeing we were not invited to the party, how can we tell you what happened and why? we can't even tell ourselves. our heads are spinning here as well but never have we come on here and accused anyone of deliberately doing something harmful to our girl. now, can we please just stop this? i was told that in order to really concentrate, calm must prevail. i am not going to get so upset that this affects the search this weekend. you need your head and your gut in tune and dare not miss a clue. so, i am asking again that this mess be dropped.

BETH: Why are you taking your anger out on Darlene who is one of the best people Vivi could have. If anyone is witholding info it's you. Why don't you just post Everything you know. I posted the info from Harry, even tho I knew I'd be slammed by some, which I was, but frankly I didn't care who said what to me. It's you who is being secretive and then you have the nerve to slam the searchers. Why??? I know Darlene can take care of herself but FYI anyone who slams her will have to get by me first.Try being forth coming yourself and post all that YOU know.

beth - i am done, ok? i was done this morning very early and again, am extending the olive branch for this to stop. i did not care from the beginning what Irene had said. it was thrown on the blog about "some searchers think vivi should not go back to calif." it was said - right to rick's face!! in the same breath, it was also said that we would spray paint her black. spray paint a whippet black? see? this is where things got out of control - who in the world would ever take that as a threat. he certainly didn't seem to at the park that night. if he did - good luck with reality. puuulease!!!!! that's when it all started. but aside from that, it's over and done with. i cannot say i feel better but it is no longer on my shoulders about the ac's. life goes on and so does our hunt for our girl. end of it.

It also possible that cows jump over the moon and Houdini will rise from the dead tonight. It's possible Vivi is dead. It's possible Vivi is alive.

Irene is a person close to the NYC search....so am I. The point is? I just don't get the hoopla over all this.

I don't post much, but I do read this blog every day. I remember when someone voiced a negative opinion about Sir Harry prior to his coming in and everyone went nuts and accused this person of attacking him, when all she did was state a concern that happened to be negative.

I can just imagine the backlash on these wonderful girls had they posted the information that they were given. Every AC from here to there would have been attacked. These girls would have most certainly been attacked for posting "gory" details that are unsubstantiated by a scamming AC. It would go on and on. The fact is that there is a reason why the information wasn't posted. AC's are not always accurate. There was no proof that Vivi was dead. It would have made absolutely no sense to post that information and upset so many people without hardcore evidence. That would be like getting a divorce from a wonderful man because a fortune teller suggests that he is having an affair! They did what anyone with common sense would have done. They investigated further and further. Without proof of her being alive or dead, they decided to keep things going as they have been going all along. Had Vivi been found, alive or dead, they would have posted the information, no matter how bad the news may have been.

Posting false information or information not proven to be true is not helpful it's only damaging to the search. Had it been posted, it most definately would not have been believed and would have surely been attacked. This is not a matter of deception or withholding of information. It's a matter of using common sense!

Hey Everyone. I have not been following the blog much lately because (aside from total nonsense) I now have a full time temporary job from 9-5. Don't know how long it will last, but its money coming in, which is a really good thing...

I have not been able to do much Vivi stuff lately with Gail because of the job, but hell, I would not even know where to go or what to do at this point.

I am a little confused on all this talk lately about someone close to the NY searchers having Vivi and the searchers withholding information.

We could not control when Harry came in or where he went to search, what makes you, Beth, think that we can cotrol police reports or his continuing his investigation. What information where we withholding. Exact addresses of sightings? Didn't we all agree that we would not post this info. so people would not go running around bumping into each other??

What information do you all want to know? That AC's and psychics think Vivi is Dead??? As far as I know, none of these people gave me an exact location of where Vivi's body is lying dead so I for one do not believe this until I see it with my OWN EYES. Could Vivi be dead, yes, she could be dead. I say this only because where the hell is she? How come there have been no sightings? Other than this, who really knows where she is???

Do I really need to go on the blog saying these things. What purpose would that serve? I am sure everyone has this on their minds already.

Do I think one of us or someone we know has Vivi. Damned if I know. But, I highly don't think sooo....

If you are referring to Harry or Terri having Vivi, they are not considered part of "Team Vivi" so this has nothing to do with us..

Irene and Beth, if anyone has to come clean with the truth, it seems that you both do. Because I am not reading any facts here, but innuendo's and insinuations. If anyone has something to say, really say, just spit it out and get it over with.

What exactly are you trying to imply? That we know where Vivi is and just carring on a charade as a joke?

Why would I spend all damn day Saturing in 50mph winds to fool the bloggers? Bonnie and I have already make tenative plans to start posting "the other side" of Forest Park, possibly into Brooklyn. Would we do this, if we were hiding something?? What purposes would this service? I think some of us have been reading too many mystery novels and TV shows...

Apparently, there is supposed to be several trackers coming in this weekend. I am anxiously waiting to see what they find. At this point and only at this point, I will make my decision on whether to carry on or let it all go. My decision will be based on the trackers information. NOT THE BLOGGERS OR THE OTHER SEARCHERS OPINIONS...

Hi you lovely team weenies! I for one wish we could get past this who has Vivi stuff. Our lady foot soldiers certainly don't have her and as far as posting everything they hear? I would rather have them spend their time out on the streets (sorry ladies)and not here on the blog posting everything they hear. That would be a waste of their precious time and they already give 24/7.

After eight months of searching for the elusive little Vivi, every-ones nerves are on edge. When ever we don't have a sighting for a while it hits the fan. It is my belief that not one person on this blog would do anything to hurt her. But who do you blame for not hearing anything? Your neighbor? Your friend? Someone who has spend every free minute working to make people aware of her plight? NO NO NO I think-this all started on an unfortunate use of the word, close Get a freaken grip girls--------
