Willy, a 1-year-old cat, with a display of several pairs of garden gloves that he took from unknown yards in his neighborhood in Pelham, N.Y. Willy has brought home nine pairs of gloves and five singles over several weeks, laying them on his owners' front or back porches.

Willy and my cat could go into business fencing "hot goods". My cat steals sponges, pencils, socks, an occasional dead bug he's killed and silk flowers! I do have a missing glove, maybe I should check his hiding place.

My cat Lily is older now, but when she was young she enjoyed stealing loose money from purses and credit cards too! She was funny but embarrassing.
