10 p.m.: The Mr. and Miss Williamsburg Pageant - As we told you a few weeks ago, it took a malt-liquor shoplifter to come up with this one. If you care, head out to Billyburg and watch the neighborhood all-stars parade their version of chic down a contrived catwalk at Supreme Trading. Many meta-levels of irony here.
