Noon: Activist artist Scott LoBaido unveils painting to protest talk
radio host Mike Savage’s autism remarks; WOR Radio Station, 111 Broadway.

Noon to 1 p.m.: Preview of New Tang Dynasty TV’s Chinese culture and arts
competition; Grand Salon, Jumeirah Essex House, 160 Central Park South

5 p.m.: Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion attends annual “Night
Out” against crime
event; 44th Precinct, 2 East 169th St., Bronx.

5 p.m. to 8 p.m.: Leaders of the East Side Rapist Reward Fund and 19th Precinct cops conduct “Night Out” against crime event; East 77th St. b/w Third and Lexington.

6:30 p.m.: Anti-nuclear weapons activist speaks on the anniversary of the
