New Yorker is first transgender 'Top Model' contestant
New York resident Isis is the first transgender contestant to vie for the title of "America's Next Top Model." The CW show returns in its 11th cycle on Sept. 3
Isis, 22, told Us magazine she is "a woman born physically male."
"My cards were dealt differently," said Isis, who works as a program assistant at a nonprofit organization.
As for being a role model, she said, "I like to help people, but I'm here to follow my dreams."

eeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
What an ugly "girl" or boy whichever. Well, I guess now we will never know who we are dealing with - male or female. I would certainly hate to get married only to find out that I married my own gender (probably impossible in this day when everyone does everything beforehand anyway). I hate going to a public bathroom not knowing if a man is going to be there. This society is total broken.
why
Gorgeous! You go grrrl! You are fabulous!! What courage you have to be U!!
If you'll "never know who you're dealing with" then why does it matter? If she looks and acts like a woman, then you should assume that she is a woman and it doesn't matter if she used to be a man. She should be allowed to be whoever she wants, without judgment from people who are too close-minded and conservative to understand. What are you afraid of? I admire her courage and confidence.
Isn't it funny how we always criticize in others the things we hate most about ourselves? Doesn't take Freud to see that.
I think this is really cool.
& she looks great.
She looks better than half the other 13 contestants. Good luck.
THAT IS JUST WIERD!!!!
Where does it end !!!!
not a fan of the show, but she's gorgeous. I wish her luck!
Homestly the only reason I'd consider society broken would be the fact that there are ignorant people who can't understand that a girl is a girl no matter what IS or WAS in between their legs. Wise up child, the days are changing and change is good honey:) I was born femle, I identify as a female but I was raised in an accepting family and I was wise on this subject before any of it really came to light!
