Dispatch from the 1970s: Park Avenue fender bender, no doubt accompanied by wa wa pedal

Quick, somebody call Kojack! (Photo by Jefferson Siegel)

Saturday's car-free Summer Streets was a rare opportunity to bike, run and stroll on Park Avenue South.
