Report: Alex, Cynthia Rodriguez filing for divorce
Reports are surfacing that Cynthia Rodriguez, wife of Yankee slugger A-Rod will file for divorce from the ballplayer Monday morning.
Cynthia has hired attorney Earle Lily to represent her in divorce proceedings. Lilly told a Houston area TV station that the Madonna rumors were the last straw for Mrs. A-rod.
Rumors swirled around A-Rod and Madonna last week when US Weekly reported that the Yankee third baseman was making late night trips to Madonna's UWS pad. It was then discovered that Cynthia had hightailed it out of the country, and was staying at the home of singer Lenny Kravitz in Paris.
This isn't the first time A-Rod has been accused of infedility. He was photographed in June of 07 canoodling with an ex Scores stripper, Joselyn Morse. The photographs were published in the New York Post, and he was labeled 'Stray Rod.'
