New graf up in Gowanus
Urbanite friend (and editor of the terrific "New York Calling: From Blackout to Bloomberg") Brian Berger passed along the following that seems to have gone up Sunday night at the former MTA Power Station in Gowanus.
Last we heard, developer Shaya Boymelgreen was planning on converting the building into a condo and rental development called Gowanus Village, though those plans seem to have stalled
