Report: Clay Aiken expecting a little 'Claymate'

Who would have thought it was possible?
TMZ is reporting that the 'American Idol' runner-up and star of 'Spamalot' is going to be a Daddy sometime this summer.
The baby-mamma is a close friend of Aiken's, Jaymes Foster, a record producer in her late 40s.
Foster was allegedly artifically inseminated, TMZ says, and Clay has volunteered to be the father.
Speculation about Aiken's sexual orientation have swired for years, especially after reports of him soliciting sex on the Internet from a Green Beret surfaced last year.
The baby is due in late August, TMZ says.

As to the Green Beret fiasco, why in the world aren't you also posting that he later recanted and said it was all a lie? Rather stick to rumors, right? Geez.
Whooo, way to include useless gossip. So farthe story is pretty funny, the person who reported it says that Jaymes Foster helped Clay on Ai in 2003 - I don't think so... They met years later.
I would love it if this was where Ashton Kuchner was punking the media because every report has the same source. Ah the smell of disreputable media, never checkingthings out any more.
Congratulations, Clay!! It's about time you settle down and bring some of darling little claymates into the world! And the best thing about being a celebrity is, that if in a few weeks you get bored and don't want your kiddies anymore you can just give them to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, or Mia Farrow! HAHA HOHO HEHE! JUST KIDDING! I am sure you will be a wonderful father. God bless you and keep on truckin'!
I spent a few days working with Aiken last year and he spoke several times about wanting to start a family when others were talking about their children. He was inquisitive and very interested in the daily chores of raising my daughters. I know his foundation for disabled kids is important to him, too, so this really doesn't surprise me much. All the best to mom, dad & jr. I have no doubt he'll do fine in this new role.
