Give peace (ice cream) a chance!

In a peace "Bed-In" a al John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Ben & Jerry's ice cream will today launch its new flavor "Imagine Whirled Peace."

Working with the Lennon Estate, the Ben & Jerry's people created the new flavor, which they describe as a, "whirly mixture of toffee cookies and fudge peace signs."

Actress Maggie Gyllenhaal will be at the Ben & Jerry's Times Square Scoop Shop today at 11 a.m. to re-enact the famous Lennon-Yoko bed-in and officially launch the new flavor.
