Cheyenne Jackson Joins Mormon Musical
Cheyenne Jackson is apparently set to take part in MORMON MUSICAL, penned by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of SOUTH PARK and Bobby Lopez of AVENUE Q.
"It's hilarious - very acerbic and biting," Jackson told the New York Post. "It offends everybody but does what 'South Park' does best, which is by the end it comes around and has something great to say."

since when was it ok to mock sacred things? s/he's right - insert jew, gay or black and see how that flies. i'm over the attack on mormons. it's been done over and over again. it's not original.
this is one show i will not be seeing or supporting. and who thought it would be a good idea to get south park onto a broadway theatre? really? really? is that the best they can do? what a waste of theatre space. and what a waste of incredible talent.
do something that actually inspires people.
I will skip that show. Mocking religions is unacceptable. This show will be a flop. Broadway has no class. It is a shame.
