It's spring and it's starting to be the time of year when loads of summer concert tickets go on sale on the weekends. At 10 a.m. tomorrow, tickets for R.E.M.'s much-anticipated show at Nikon Theater at Jones Beach (June 14) with Modest Mouse and The National, George Michael's run at Madison Square Garden (July 21-23), Steve Winwood's club show at the Gramercy Theater (May 4), Chris Rock's massive show at WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden (May 5), and Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band's show at the Capital One Bank Theater at Westbury (June 24) all go on sale.
