Commercial watch: Spoon
As my cowoker Lauren pointed out, Spoon's "I Turn My Camera On" was used last spring in a Jaguar commercial.

I'm not the only one interested in this. There are a couple of sites devoted to compiling pop music used in commercials. They're all a little tough to navigate in their own way, and none of them are complete (which is kind of a good thing; I'd like to think that no one out there is obsessively watching EVERY commercial and tracking down every song). But they're all good for wasting time better spent doing something else, and after all, isn't that what the internet is for?
