Where in the world is Waldo? We never guessed we'd say with Julia Allison at Charlotte Ronson’s show. Spotted around the Tents, Waldo’s getting ready to turn 21 on September 21. Allison was on hand to strike a pose (shocking). Of course, none of this deflected any flash wattage away from the show’s main attraction: Lindsay Lohan’s arrival with girlfriend Samantha Ronson.
