One colorful time

By Julie Gordon, amNewYork

Chaiken used blocks of color throughout the show (as in seasons past): Black
and white at the beginning, tan and taupe in the middle, then soft greens
escalating to bolder green solids and patterns, which created a lasting
impression.

The breezy, extremely wearable collection featured a variety of styles, from
dresses to suits to one rockin' trench. My favorite item? A navy and white
striped "Regatta" dress -- perfect to wear sailing (if I only had a boat!),
out at night at a rooftop party or even to work. Very versatile and
extremely adorable.

Sitting front row was Lisa Rinna, who bopped to the beat in a leopard-print
dress. Not exactly Chaiken's style, but Rinna rocked it well.
